On-Time Payments Clients are responsible for making installment payments on or before the due date. Late payments may result in additional charges or surcharges as outlined in the individual project agreement.
Price Changes Prices of plots, units, or commercial spaces may change without prior notice for new bookings. Existing booking prices are protected under the original agreement and will not be changed after signing.
Documentation All investments require valid identification and documentation as required by Insaf Projects. Incomplete documentation may delay the processing of your booking or allocation.
No Verbal Commitments Insaf Projects is not bound by any verbal commitments, promises, or assurances made outside of a signed written agreement. All investment terms must be confirmed in writing.
Project Booking Conditions
The following conditions apply to all project bookings made with Insaf Projects:
Booking Confirmation A booking is only considered confirmed once a booking form has been completed, the initial booking amount has been received, and a receipt or confirmation letter has been issued by Insaf Projects.
Allotment Plot or unit allotment is subject to availability at the time of booking. Insaf Projects reserves the right to offer an alternative plot or unit of equal value if the originally requested one is unavailable.
Transfer of Ownership Transfer of ownership or booking to another person is subject to the policies of the relevant project and may require approval from Insaf Projects management along with applicable transfer charges.
Development Timeline Project development timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to regulatory approvals, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Insaf Projects will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays to clients.
Site Visits Clients are encouraged to visit the project site before booking. Site visits can be arranged by contacting our sales team. Insaf Projects is not responsible for decisions made without a proper site visit.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client If a client wishes to cancel their booking, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Insaf Projects office
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the booking and the specific project policy
- The refund amount, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting any applicable cancellation charges and administrative fees
- Refunds will be processed within 60 to 90 working days of the approved cancellation request
Non-Refundable Charges Booking fees, processing fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation by Insaf Projects In the rare event that Insaf Projects cancels a project or a specific booking due to regulatory, legal, or operational reasons, clients will be notified in writing and a full refund of the amount paid will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Force Majeure Insaf Projects shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the company will work with clients to find a fair resolution.
